A: Our fitness equipment is available online or you may view our products directly at our 2 drop-ship warehouses located in Southern California or Eastern Pennsylvania. If you wish to come into our warehouse, please call 1-888-348-6728 and ask your fitness expert for an appointment to view our products in person. Since some of our products are directly shipped from certain manufacturer's, not all products are available to view (most are). Our business model keeps the 50% dealer mark-up out of our prices. When you purchase a unit from a local dealer, you're paying that local dealer a huge mark-up to cover their overhead costs. Just like other purchases made online, we've developed a manufacturer-direct selling model in order to pass the savings onto our customers. Q: How does delivery work?[ TOP ]

A: Our delivery agent will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and a window of time for your delivery. Depending on what delivery method you chose, it's a good idea to have someone available to help you with your delivery. We partner with many nationwide freight carriers such as UPS Freight, R+L Carriers, and Estes Express. These carriers are the same companies that are used by big box retailers such as Wal-Mart.com or Amazon.com.

Q: How long does it take to get to me?[ TOP ]

A: Generally deliveries will be made within 10-22 business days. If you live in a remote area or if you chose an upgraded delivery option, delivery may take an additional week. All delivery dates are approximate and we always send out a tracking # when your order ships. Your amazing fitness expert is also available for you to contact via phone or email if want to get a direct update on your order. From time to time, a back order on a new or pre-owned product may cause a delay in shipment. We remind our customers you are purchasing a large piece of gym equipment and shipping generally takes longer than a smaller item (ie printer or toaster) shipped through Fed Ex or USPS. Our #1 Priority is always quality and it cannot be compromised to expedite your order, especially on Certified Pre-Owned items.

Q: Do I have to be home to accept delivery?[ TOP ]

A: Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery. If you selected curbside delivery, you will need to bring the unit from the curb into your home. You also need to inspect the item for any shipping damage and if deemed serious damage (ie machine was dropped, frame bent), refuse delivery. If item has minor cosmetic damage, freight bill needs to be noted and we will send out replacement parts.

Q: When will my order be delivered?[ TOP ]

A: Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. In some areas, the delivery agent may only come into your area on certain days of the week, but they will call you prior to delivery to arrange the day and delivery window.

Q: How will I know when my unit is being delivered?[ TOP ]

A: Our delivery agent will call you in advance (usually 24 hours) to schedule a day and window of time for your delivery. Also, you will have an email tracking # and toll free 888# to contact the shipping company to check status of your order. Many freight carriers also have online tracking to trace and order and check estimated delivery date.

Q: Will the driver bring the unit into my garage?[ TOP ]

A: By the letter of the shipping agreement, the answer is no, if you order curbside delivery you will be responsible to bring the unit from the truck into the area you choose. Many times, the driver will help you bring the unit into the garage or threshold of the home as courtesy, but there is no guarantee as we are partnering with 3rd party shippers.

Q: Who services my unit should it need repairs in the future?[ TOP ]

A: We have hundreds of independent service technicians across the country that will service your unit. Should you ever have an issue with your unit, you simply call into our service department, they will trouble shoot your issue over the phone. If we can mail an interchangable part we will. If the service issue is more severe, we will dispatch a service tech to your home to service your unit.

Q: Is my warranty transferable?[ TOP ]

A: Like most manufactures our warranty is not transferable, it is valid only valid for the original purchaser.

Q: Is my warranty valid outside of the United States?[ TOP ]

A: No, our warranties are only valid inside of the 48 states of the U.S. (we will provide parts support to Alaska and Hawaii; you are responsible for UPS charges).

Q: Are the warranties valid in a gym, school, or office building?[ TOP ]

A: Commercial Warranties are included in purchases from One Shot Fitness, however, they have limitations. This is because commercial settings (businesses, condo or apartment communities, gyms) have much higher usage than a home setting. When placing your order, your fitness expert will explicitly explain your warranty to you.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?[ TOP ]

A: We do ship to Alaska or Hawaii and we can also arrange to ship to a freight forwarder for you. We do have limited service techs in Alaska or Hawaii but we will provide parts support during your warranty period; you will just be responsible for shipping charges.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?[ TOP ]

A: Yes! We do ship to Canada, however, Canadian customers are responsible for any duties.
