If you have a product that needs service, One Shot Fitness will be happy to provide you with any service either directly through the manufacturer or our own extended warranty coverage. Virtually all of our new products are guaranteed to have bumper to bumper in-home labor and parts service for the first year. Most of our products also carry much longer parts and labor warranties as well. We are always glad to help you find the fastest and least expensive solution to your service request. We want you to be enjoying your top-notch piece of fitness equipment with as little service interruptions as possible.

Also please note that if your product needs service during your 30 Day Trial Period Money Back Guarantee, we are obligated to provide you with in-home parts and labor service in an expedited manner. You are also required to accept this service and allow our service technicians to repair your machine. A part or servicing issue is not apart of your trial period and does not qualify you to return your item. The 30 Trial Period will not start until we can effectively have your machine up and running for you to enjoy and use for at least a two week period.


Standard Curbside Delivery Currently Free!! Curbside delivery is the typically the fastest delivery option. The freight company will remove the equipment from their truck and place it on your property. You will need to bring the unit into your home so it's a good idea to have someone available to help you carry it in.

Threshold Delivery Ask Your Fitness Expert!! For a small fee, two delivery professionals will place your equipment in the threshold of your home. They will also call and schedule an appointment to bring the item inside. In many cased they will open the box and place it in the room of your choice.

White Glove Premium Ask Your Fitness Expert!! This is a premium level of service. In addition to placing the equipment in the room of your choice, they'll also assemble your new piece of fitness equipment. This service also includes 2 flights of stairs and more flights call us to arrange for more flights). While we do everything we can to make do-it-yourself assembly simple, for some people this turnkey option is well worth it.

For your convenience, we offer multiple delivery options for your brand fitness products. We work closely with a few hand-picked specialty freight carriers to provide the best service possible. We typically process orders within 20 minutes and our goal is to ship items the same business day.

Once your piece of fitness equipment has shipped, we'll send you an email that contains your invoice and instructions on how to reach us if needed or if you prefer give us a call toll-free at 1-888-348-6728 for current shipment status. Prior to delivery, you will be contacted by one of our select freight partners to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please note that, due to the high value of the products we ship, we require you to be home to receive, inspect and sign for your equipment. This is as much for your protection as for ours.

Please note that our shipping and delivery rates only apply to the continental 48 states and that additional charges may apply for areas that require ferry service. In-Room and White Glove options may require an additional one to two weeks for delivery.


Once your fitness equipment has shipped, you will an receive an automatic email that you can track your shipment with on-line using your order number and zip code. You can also call us to check on the status of your order. You will also be contacted by one of our select freight partners to arrange a convenient delivery time.

When you receive your delivery, you must inspect the item for an apparent damage. If the damage appears to be small or cosmetic, accept the delivery. You always have free in home labor on all One Shot Fitness new products and we will quickly arrange for your identical part to be replaced in your home. If the item has excessive damage, then you should refuse the shipment completely. Most freight carriers will have you sign-off after inspecting the package. In this event, please contact us immediately and we will expedite an identical order. Finally, if you discover damage to your product after opening the carton, please contact One Shot Fitness or the shipping carrier within 2 business days to receive a replacement. The shipping company will determine if the damage was indeed from the delivery and is obligated to replace the item if there is excessive damage.


When One Shot Fitness offers a shipping promotion, the free shipping is for standard curbside delivery on any items over $400.00. If a customer elects for Threshold or Premium White Glove Service, they will just pay the difference in the shipping costs. Depending on the item, our Amazing Fitness Experts will advise you on the price to upgrade your shipping service.


One Shot Fitness has a 100% price match guarantee in the rare occurrence you find a lower price on the exact same product. The exception to this policy is if the item is from an unauthorized fitness dealer, discontinued item, or a closeout special. We are proud to offer a 30 Day Trial Money Back Guarantee on all of our brand new fitness products. To qualify for our trial, you must accept the shipment of the product and try it out for a minimum of 14 days before returning product. Customer will be refunded the purchase price of the product less any shipping costs. Item must be returned in the same exact condition item was received or customer is not eligible for refund. Customer must contact One Shot Fitness within 30 of days of receiving product to request a RMA number. We cannot accept an item back into our warehouses without an RMA number. Also, packaging material needs to be in excellent condition for return.


After you place an order, you receive an invoice that you must sign and fax back to our toll free 888 phone number. By doing this you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to our stated policies.

Certified Pre-Owned, Remanufactured, Refurbished, Cleaned and Serviced, and Demo pieces of fitness equipment are not eligible for return. These items are sold as-is and One Shot Fitness will make every accommodation to repair or in rare cases replace a machine in the unlikely occurrence there is a problem during the first 30 days. Customer must notate any minor damages, scuffs, scrapes on freight bill upon receiving item to be eligible for replacement parts. In this scenario, minor cosmetic damage replacement parts will be sent out via One Shot fitness for customer to replace. Most cosmetic covers are interchangable, do not affect the enjoyment of the machine, and can changed with a screwdriver. In a rare occurence major damage is evident, customer must refuse delivery if they see something major such as a bent frame or dropped shipment. In this case, shipper will send item back to our warehouse and we will then send out a replacement unit. If customer accepts delivery and does not make any notations on freight bill to shipper, One Shot Fitness is not liable for any warranty issues or replacement parts as a result of shipping. Customer assumes item(s) is acceptable and cannot make a warranty claim since notation was not made on freight bill. If for any reason the Equipment is returned (not applicable if item is refused upon delivery) to One Shot Fitness, Customer agrees to pay One Shot Fitness (a) restocking fee of 20% of the sales price of the specific item, and (b) all shipping charges, including return shipping costs. In the unlikely occurrence an order is canceled before it's shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all orders. If a customer refuses a delivery for any reason a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Any deposit made on an order is non-refundable if the customer cancels after the same business day. One Shot Fitness will make every attempt to accommodate the customer to avoid a cancellation.


In no event shall One Shot Fitness be liable to any customer or any third party for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, lost profits, lost savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the sale, use or inability to use the equipment. Actual standard warranty period is 3 months parts/6 months labor unless notated different on invoice. Warranty starts from day order is placed no exceptions. This is done to streamline warranty dates. Warranty includes issues that were of no fault of customers and were from regular usage. Warranty does not cover any related issues from shipping damage unless they were clearly notated on the initial freight bill. Warranty does not cover misuse or neglect, dis-assembling machine to fit in room, or any self-inflicted warranty issue. One Shot Fitness advises to test machine initially before any dis-assembly, Televisions, music player, radios, and heart rate hand grip issues are also not covered under any warranty.


One Shot Fitness is not liable for pricing errors.

If you place an order for a product that was incorrectly priced, we will put your order on hold and contact you to obtain authorization for additional charges. At that time you will have the option to cancel your order. In the event that we inadvertently ship an order based on a pricing error, we will issue a revised invoice to you for the correct price and contact you to obtain your authorization for the additional charge, or assist you with return of the product.
