The EX3 is a solid, sturdy elliptical trainer built with commercial like quality. It is a powerful machine with 16 levels of resistance that transition smoothly between each level, and a motor operated eddy current brake. The multi-position dual action handlebars let you work out your arms as well as your legs.
You’ll enjoy a smooth and quiet workout due to our patented EX-Link™ drive system. Closely-spaced pedals and a 20″ stride length simulate your actual walking stride so it feels like a natural motion. The chest strap receiver allows you to monitor your heart rate and exercise your arms while using the My Zone Heart Rate Control program.

The LifeSpan EX3 elliptical trainer comes with a variety of simple-to-use exercise programs designed by experts to keep you motivated as you exercise.
Weight Management — The Weight Loss program varies the resistance at the lower levels, which is designed to help keep your heart rate within the recommended range for losing weight.
Interval Training — Interval training helps you improve your cardiovascular fitness or enhance your sports performance. The resistance levels change from low to high in a repeated pattern giving you a short period of intense exercise followed by a segment to recuperate.
Random Program — The Random program changes the amount of effort required by randomly changing the resistance during the course of the program.
Heart Rate — In the My Zone Constant Heart Rate Control program you enter your desired heart rate and the elliptical will automatically vary the resistance level to keep your heart rate constant as you exercise
