So I called Arun, He was nothing but helpful and wanted to solve my problem as fast as possible. Within 5 days I had a tech come to my house and replace the part.... Great Service! 100% Recommend this company..... Oh yea and I really love the treadmill! The day this Life Fitness Treadmill was delivered I saw that it had a big crack going down the frame. I never thought I’d buy a treadmill used but after Arun assured me that purchasing the Life Fitness 9500 HR Treadmill certified pre-owned is the way to go, i still wasn’t convinced until i went through with the 2 week trial. it worked and looked like new!
