I had my ‘refurbished’ 9500 treadmill just over one year when it catastrophically broke down. I’ve had to send in the entire brains to be re-refurbished at my own expense. The people fixing it do not think it’s been serviced before now.

The salesperson that sold me the treadmill represented that the warranty would cover everything not related to daily wear and tear. Be warned, it actually covers nothing that would possibly ever break on a treadmill.

Oneshotfitness have been very rude to me regarding my complaint about this fact, showing no concern or desire to help me at all.

I’m quite sure this comment will get erased. So if you get to read this, be warned, my post purchase experience has been terrible. ..and my treadmill is a very expensive paperweight.

I spoke with Jerod, the VP of the company and he was very knowledgeable about the products. He helped me with the specifics and encouraged me to purchase asap.
