Description

A great choice for walking and jogging workouts in your own home, the Spirit ET-8 Folding Treadmill features a folding design that makes it easy to store and a “soft drop” design for easy access when you’re ready to work out. It has a 2.75 HP motor with a speed range of 0.5 to 12 MPH, which can be adjusted in 0.1 MPH increments, and a choice of 0 to 15 percent elevation (with 1 percent incremental changes). The sturdy cushioned, phenolic deck has a 20 by 58-inch running surface and has 2.75-inch rollers. You’ll be challenged by 8 total programs–including 2 heart rate-controlled programs (operated via contact sensors or optional telemetry belt). Other features include an exercise console offering tri-color dot matrix LED with heart rate zone graph and separate message center, controls for speed and incline built into the handrails, speed and elevation quick keys on the console, a frame made of institutional grade structural steel, and a 350-pound weight capacity.
