An affordable choice for walking and jogging workouts in your own home, the Spirit ET-2 Folding Treadmill features a folding design that makes it easy to store and a “soft drop” design for easy access when you’re ready to work out. It has a 2 HP motor with a speed range of 0.5 to 10 MPH, which can be adjusted in 0.1 MPH increments, and a choice of 0 to 10 percent elevation (with 1 percent incremental changes). The sturdy cushioned, phenolic deck has a 20 by 50-inch running surface and has 2.5-inch rollers. You’ll be challenged by 8 total programs–including 2 heart rate-controlled programs (operated via contact sensors or optional telemetry belt). Other features include controls for speed and incline built into the handrails, speed and elevation quick keys on the blue backlit console, a frame made of institutional grade structural steel, and a 250-pound weight capacity.

    I have this treadmill and Its been great! I use it 3 times a week without fail, The fact that it folds up and down is very convenient as I live in an apartment, I just fold it down and watch TV while I run. What a great purchase, Thanks Guys!
