• Flywheel Weight: The 38 lb flywheel is light as far as flywheels go which means you'll be limited as to how high you can crank up the resistance before the wheel stops turning. However, Schwinn's smooth drive system ensures you'll get a smooth fast ride at those lower resistance levels.

• Pedal Type: The dual sided pedals feature Toe Clips on one side and standard flat pedals on the other. Toe Clips are the most secure way to keep your feet on the pedals, but are hard to get out of quickly. Standard pedals don't hold your feet to the pedal at all meaning you don't get any pull on the pedals which can give you more power and build leg muscles evenly.

• Seat Adjustment: The ergonomic bike seat adjusts horizontally and vertically with pre-drilled holes and a locking pull pin. This amount of adjustability is usually enough, but if you're particularly picky or want an absolutely custom fit, you'll want a fully adjustable seat.

• Resistance Adjustment: One of the hallmarks of an Indoor Cycle is its flywheel and crank resistance. A turn of a knob tightens the crank onto the flywheel creating tension and making it harder for the rider to pedal, requiring them to exert more force.
