i was originally a track runner but after my leg injury i was unable to run on the streets as i used to. i wasn’t sure which was the best machine to keep my legs in shape but Jerod recommended the Life Fitness 95XI Elliptical Trainer and it quickly put me back into the shape i was years ago. i would totally recommend this to anyone.
