Certified Pre-Owned Treadmills Checklist:- Fully disassemble machine. Inspect frame to assure structural integrity as needed.
- Sandblast frame to remove original powder coat and any imperfections in frame as needed.
- Re-powder coat frame as needed.
- Rebuild and test motor as needed.
- Bench test electronics, displays, control boards, etc as needed.
- Replace running deck and tread belt as needed.
- Replace roller bearings as needed.
- Replace/Adjust keypad overlay, Prepare, Inspect, Package Unit as needed.
Certified Pre-Owned Ellipticals Checklist:- Fully disassemble machine as needed.
- Inspect frame to assure structural integrity as needed.
- Sandblast frame to remove original powder coat and any imperfections in frame as needed.
- Re-powder coat frame as needed.
- Replace brushing, bearings, replace drive belt as needed.
- Replace HR grips as needed.
- Bench test electronics, displays, control boards, etc as needed.
- Adjust/Replace cross ramps (Precor units) as needed.
- Replace/Adjust keypad overlay as needed.
- Test machine for any conflicts: Keypad, Display, Control Board, Motor, Alternator as needed.
- Visual Inspection by Certified Technician as needed.
- Prepare and package the unit for delivery as needed.
