The BodyCraft Cable Arms utilize pulleys and cables for unrestricted, completely natural and biomechanically correct movements. You define the path, providing for a greater, more natural range of motion, which incorporates the use of stabilizer and core muscle groups – an advantage not found on typical home gyms.

Station 1: Fully adjustable Functional Training / Cable Arms provide over 100 exercises! Every exercise you have ever performed with dumbbells can be duplicated here! Also a great station for sport specific exercises and funtional training exercises. This station also includes a High Pulley for lat pull downs, tricep push downs, etc.

Station 2: Adjustable Dual Cable Column for functional training! Duplicate every day or sports specific movements! This station provides resistance at any angle and at any desired height either standing or on a stability ball! Static handles are mounted to the frame to help keep your balance when performing leg exercises.

Station 3: Row / Press Arm for safe machine style bench press, incline press, shoulder press and seated rows. The self aligning leg extension / leg curl provides seated leg extensions and standing leg curls. Utilize the mid pulley for ab crunches and tricep extensions.

Station 4: Leg press / calf raise for full leg development! The creative cabling of this station provides a 1:2 ratio for up to 400 pounds of resistance!

Built To Last

The X4 comes with double-stitched heavy gauge vinyl covering contoured, extremely-dense foam and a platinum gray multi-stage electrostatic powdercoat finish. The frame is constructed of 2″X 3″ and 2″ X 2″ heavy gauge steel tubing.

The X4 is built with the most flexible nylon coated, 7 x 19 strand aircraft cable rated at over 2000 lbs. tensile strength. The weight stack is 1.25″ thick precision milled with EZ Glide nylon bushings. All pivot points rotate on internally lubricated bearings giving the X4 a superior smooth feel!

It features dual 150-pound graduated weight stacks, with each weight stack providing up to a total of 75 pounds of resistance. The resulting 2:1 weight stack to user weight ratio ensures extremely smooth action, lower increment weight increases and improved range of motion. The PFT’s independent cable columns permit training at virtually any angle and various heights, making it an extremely versatile tool that can perform hundreds of exercises. Measuring just 4.4 feet wide and 3.2 feet wide, the PFT can easily fit in a corner. The attractive PFT includes plexiglass covers, upgraded paint, chrome plating and a heavy gauge steel frame that won’t dominate a room.

A diverse selection of workouts are made possible thanks to the E-Series Home Gym E-8660’s lat pull down, chest press station, low row and pec fly station, leg curls/extensions, and ab crunch capabilities.
