I bet you $1000 if you buy this Stairmaster 7000 PT Stepmill you will lose weight….. unless you never use it.  This machine is an absolute winner in terms of losing weight and burning calories. You could probably eat a pizza while using this machine and still lose weight (note: I don’t recommend it).  People around the country call me about this Stairmaster because of the rapid weight loss they have seen.  The unit itself weighs about 400 lbs and is built for the most rigorous settings like – FIRE STATIONS, MILITARY TRAINING, and of course PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS.  I’d say those would be the people who know what there talking about.

Why is this such a great workout?? Very simple, Its because it is a REVOLVING STAIRCASE.  You jump on and the stairs start to move downward forcing you to walk up a step.  Within 15 minutes of using this machine you will be dripping in sweat.  The user can adjust the speed/resistance to make the stairs move slower/faster according to your fitness level. Imagine walking up 80 -100 flights of stairs 3-4 times a week, your going to get in shape!

The other huge benefit of the Stairmaster 7000 PT is the areas of the body is targets.  Think about it, you are essentially doing lunges so your working your lower body pretty hard.  You will see an immediate impact and development in your buttocks, love handles, thighs, calves and lower stomach.  Pretty much every area of the body people tend to have a tough time with.  Now that I’m in my 40’s I can especially attest to this.

One word of caution for people who want to get this unit in their home – This baby is large!!! especially with its height requirements. If you are thinking of putting the unit upstairs or in a spare bedroom, be for-warned that the unit requires you have 9 foot ceilings.  Many people do not realize the machine is 7 feet off the ground and that they need another 2 feet for their heads not to hit the wall.
