The all new Powerline PLM180X features both a high and low fixed pulley, ideal for performing a wide variety of upper body building exercises like lat pull downs, triceps press downs, seated rows, upright rows, biceps curl and more. It features dual position 8″ foam rollers to hold you in position and patented nylon bushings for super smooth operation. Weight post is standard sized 1″ diameter. Weight plates, Olympic sleeve adapter and collar are sold separately.
